Flavor Profile
Light smoke and gentle astringency open into a lingering sweetness. Subtle orchid, fresh grass, stone-pit fruit, and layered aromatics unfold across many infusions, growing softer and rounder with time.
Tea Leaf Characteristics
Spring-harvest leaves from 300+ year-old ancient trees are long, pliable, and robust. Their depth and structure create a layered, balanced cup with remarkable clarity and aging potential.
Location on Jingmai Mountain
Harvested at 5,249 ft on Jingmai Mountain, where ancient trees grow within protected forest gardens. High elevation and biodiversity slow leaf development, producing refined aromatics and natural depth.
Blang Ethnic Group
The Blang people of Jingmai Mountain have cultivated ancient-tree raw puerh for generations. Sheng pu-erh (生普洱) remains central to their tea culture, reflecting a deep-rooted forest tradition.
Handpressed-Stone Cakes
Compressed using the traditional stone-press method, this 200g cake retains natural air pockets that support slow, even aging. The gentle compression preserves leaf integrity and allows for extended infusion potential over time.
