Because every piece is carved from natural jade, variations in color, translucency, and natural patterns are to be expected. Your necklace may differ slightly from the photos, making each piece truly one of a kind.
Each pendant is also entirely hand-carved by skilled artisans. Subtle differences in carving details are part of the handmade process and reflect the uniqueness and authenticity of every necklace.
For best care, when not wearing the necklace, gently apply a light coat of mineral oil (or baby oil) and store it in a sealed pouch. If the piece is kept exposed to air for a long period, please reapply the oil periodically to maintain its luster and moisture.
