2.2 By listing products on its website, Purcraftea offers binding contracts as per the terms stated in the product descriptions.

2.3 Order Process:

• Add desired products to the “shopping cart.”
• Review the “shopping cart” and provide personal and payment details during checkout.
• Submit the order by clicking the “Place Order” button, finalizing the contract.

2.4 Orders are processed via email. Customers must provide a valid email address and ensure emails from Purcraftea are not blocked by spam filters.

2.5 Purchases are limited to quantities typical for personal use.

2.6 If goods become unavailable due to unforeseen factors (e.g., natural disasters, product discontinuation, or supplier issues), Purcraftea is released from its delivery obligations.

3. Payment Options

• Invoice (expressly agreed upon request): Payment due within 30 days.  Please reach out via email if you have a special request and state your reason to pay via invoice.  
• Direct Debit: Charged upon shipment; notification sent to the customer.
• Credit Card: Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.
• Other Fast Payment Options: Includes PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, Cash App, etc.

4. Retention of Ownership

4.1 Ownership of goods remains with Purcraftea until full payment is received.

5.1 Product Description and Display:

• Color accuracy may vary depending on your monitor’s display.
• Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.
• No guarantees are made regarding product quality, suitability, or error correction.

5.2 Customers should inspect deliveries upon receipt and report issues promptly.

6. Liability

6.1 Tea Products:

• Products are generally free from common allergens but may contain traces due to outdoor drying methods.
• Individuals with severe nut, gluten, or airborne allergen sensitivities should exercise caution.
• Ingredients are listed on the packaging. Consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.

• Accessories should be handled carefully to prevent burns, breakage, or injury.
• Fragile materials like ceramics and glass should be kept out of children’s reach.

6.3 By agreeing to these terms at checkout, customers waive any claims against Purcraftea for allergic reactions, health issues, or injuries resulting from product use.
