For technical reasons, we can only ship to the United States, Canada and European Union for now. But we are looking forward to shipping to other countries in the future.
1. Shipping Costs and Time
Free shipping on orders over 100USD to the US, CAN & EU(Excl. CY, MT, DK, FI, NL, SE)!
Shipping costs = Process Fee + Shipping Fee* Weight of the whole package
Shipping time = Processing TIme(2 working days) + Shipping time
We offer air shipping from China (Based on the order country, weight and value): Air Shipping Time: 15-20days
When the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated as: Length * Width * Height (cm) / 8000 = KG.
Please note that the weight of the product you purchased does not include the packaging, protective materials, or cardboard used for impact protection.

During certain seasons and sales periods, shipping times may be longer. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to the U.S. government’s CSMS #63988468 issued on February 3, 2025, which has extended the cargo inspection time, U.S. logistics may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
2. Shipping Issues
Due to technical reasons, our shipping service currently does not include insurance coverage.
Return Package by Customs

Broken Package
Please inspect the package for any damage upon receipt and document the condition by taking photos or videos while unpacking. If there are any issues with the goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package, and we will assist you promptly. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refund policy.
Stolen Package
If your package tracking shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, please email us within 3 days of the delivery status update. We will do our best to assist you. For more information please refer to Returns and Refund.
