For technical reasons, we can only ship to the USA.   But we are looking forward to shipping to other countries in the future.

1. Shipping Costs and Time

We offer shipping from USA

Free shipping on orders over 40USD to the USA

Shipping costs(for order less than 40USD) = Flat rate shipping = 6USD

Shipping time = Processing TIme(2 working days) + Shipping time (4–7 business days via USPS)

The exact shipping cost will be displayed when you make the payment.

During certain seasons or speical condition, shipping times may be longer.  Thank you for your understanding. 

2. Shipping Issues

Due to technical reasons, our shipping service currently does not include insurance coverage.

Broken Package

Please inspect the package for any damage upon receipt and document the condition by taking photos or videos while unpacking. If there are any issues with the goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package, and we will assist you promptly. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refund policy.

Stolen Package

If your package tracking shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, please email us within 3 days of the delivery status update. We will do our best to assist you. For more information please refer to Returns and Refund.
